PillBox Chemists is an independent family-owned community pharmacy group with over 20 pharmacies in Berkshire, Hampshire, Middlesex, Kent, Northamptonshire and Surrey. They offer a wide range of high-quality tailored NHS and private pharmacy services with the aim to provide the best pharmacy services in local communities.

Objective
The current Pillbox Chemists website was built in 2009 and it presents an opportunity for improvement. A redesign could enhance trust in their medical services by addressing several key areas: simplifying the color scheme, establishing a clear hierarchy for call-to-action, and ensuring a professional appearance overall. These changes can better reflect the reliability and confidence that are essential in the medical industry.

Solution
To build trust in the company that administers medications to their customers, I have redesigned the pages to be simple and easy to navigate. I simplified the colour scheme, ensured there is a page hierachy and a clear CTA.
I have also consolidated the services and treatments into one section for smoother navigation.
Futhermore I have created a dedicated careers page to provide easy access to the company's current job openings.

Approach
The first step in this process is to create a low fidelity mockup to understand which directions to go and to clarify any content and structures of the websites that needs to be redesigned.
Typography
Headers: Open Sans 48px. Open Sans was designed with an upright stress, open forms and a neutral, yet friendly appearance. It was optimised for print, web, and mobile interfaces, and has excellent legibility characteristics in its letterforms.
Body: 24px / 32px.
I selected this font for this project because this font is easy to read and it conveys professionalism and trustworthiness in the medical field.
