A one-page real estate website was designed in Framer for a Southeast Asia–based property professional to re-establish their online presence and centralise all key information in one place. The site presents property listings and details in a clean, structured layout, making it easy for potential investors and buyers to browse available opportunities. With a clear call-to-action, visitors can quickly move from browsing to starting a direct conversation, helping convert local interest into qualified enquiries.

The goal
The client had been in business for over 15 years without a website, relying solely on WhatsApp and third‑party platforms such as mudah.com or propbuddy.com to share her listings, and wanted to re‑establish her online presence so she could scale more confidently.
The goal was simple: create one centralised page that collates all of her listings so she can share them confidently with clients, while presenting a premium, professional image at the same time.
The decision I made and why
One page website and was structured around three key priorities:
• Centralising and collating all available listings in one place with clear details such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, property size, and key features.
• Enhancing the user experience with simple, intuitive navigation so potential clients can quickly find the information they need.
• Adding a clear call‑to‑action to make it easy for users to reach out to the business and start a conversation. CTA button that links to WhatsApp message.
The branding
With no official brand guidelines provided, a colour palette was developed from her existing business card and refined with more authoritative tones for the website, and a new logo was created to strengthen her visual and online identity.
